Executive Summary

The JumpStart Career Program started out of a need to develop consultants to support the accounting and technology requirements of small and mid-size clients.  The JumpStart Career Program also provides college students with an Internship where they can participate in a “real-world” business environment. The JumpStart Career Program has evolved into a program that has been recognized for its ability in providing highly qualified entry-level talent for a niche market and has proven to be a win-win situation for both the client and the Intern/consultant.
