2.      Business Consultation

3.      Training

4.      Reporting

·         Work on Specific Accounting Application including:

1.      Microsoft Great Plains

2.      Microsoft Small Business Financials

3.      QuickBooks Financials

• Assist in planning, designing, deploying and supporting network infrastructure for small to midsized companies ($1 million to $850 million in revenues). Specific duties include:

1.      Participating in network and security audits

2.      Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2003

3.      Installation and configuration of SBS Servers

4.      Installation and configuration of Exchange Servers

5.      Installation and configuration of ISS and ISA Servers and policy

6.      Web/Remote connectivity -- Terminal Server

7.      Developing security policy

·         Assist in developing and maintaining website for ABI and clients

·         Assist in brand and image creation

·         Assist with external web development for clients

·         Work with an Internal Senior Consultant to develop Special Projects such as:

1.      Web Portal to integrate into our CRM and/or Great Plains System

2.      Develop CRM portals such as the following:

§         Applications for an association membership (online application)

§         Online information and provide integration to our CRM system

§         Oil and Gas applications to track assets in the fields and integrate to our Microsoft CRM application running on Microsoft SQL

§         Optical Application -- Customized and integrated to Microsoft Small Business Financials or Great Plains System
