Performance Reviews

 

The JumpStart Career Program extends the real work experience by conducting performance reviews with each Intern on a monthly basis with a strong focus on the first 90 days to determine each Intern’s initial success and compatibility. We also require graduating Interns to present a summary of their projects to a panel of company executives.  A Performance Summary, using our human capital management software iNQUATE, is developed and presented, to a prospective client, who may want to hire an Intern full-time.
